TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms govern your purchase and use of AFK-BOT ("the Software"). By purchasing, downloading, activating or using the Software, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

1. What AFK-BOT is

AFK-BOT is an independent third-party automation tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to any game developer, publisher, or rights holder.

The Software does not modify game files, read game memory, alter game code, or interact with game servers. It operates externally by reading your own screen and simulating keyboard and mouse input on your own computer.

2. Licence grant

On payment, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use one copy of the Software for the duration your licence key specifies.

Your key locks to a single computer the first time it is activated. Time-limited keys count down from first activation, not from purchase. Lifetime keys do not expire, but "lifetime" means the lifetime of the product, not a guarantee that the product will be maintained indefinitely.

You are buying a licence to use the Software. You are not buying the Software itself, and no ownership or intellectual property rights transfer to you.

3. What you may not do

• Resell, sublicense, rent, lend, share or redistribute the Software or your licence key.
• Publish, upload or otherwise make the Software available to anyone else.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate or attempt to derive the source code.
• Circumvent, disable or tamper with the licensing, activation or hardware-locking mechanism.
• Use the Software to build a competing product or service.
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose.

4. Your responsibility for how you use it

You confirm you are of legal age to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

5. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error free, compatible with any particular system or game version, or that it will produce any particular result. Game updates may break compatibility at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Software or these terms is limited to the amount you actually paid for your licence.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of game accounts, loss of in-game currency, items or progress, or any action taken against you by any third party, including any game publisher.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Support

Support is provided by email at support@afk-bot.com on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not guarantee a response time, a fix, or continued development of the Software.

9. Termination

We may suspend or revoke your licence key without refund if you breach these terms, in particular by sharing, reselling or redistributing the Software or your key, by tampering with the licensing mechanism, or by filing a payment dispute without first contacting support.

On termination you must stop using the Software and delete all copies.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase. Material changes take effect for purchases made after they are published.

11. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in force. These terms, together with the Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Software.
